Thanks for the advice!  I actually ended up doing 1/2 to 2/3 of the shoulders and arms workout after my wife and her sister popped it in and started working out.  I just couldn&#039;t sit there and watch.  I was actually able to keep up easier than I thought in spite of the bronchitis.
